Condor license key quit working

I've been happily enjoying condor flight simulator for about three years. Today it says my plane pack zero is not activated. When I enter the license key which is copied directly from the original download email it doesn't work.
When you buy condor is it only good for three years or so? I have no idea where to go from here besides starting over and buying the program again.
I've sent an email to condor support.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi MM,
Condor keys never expire. Are you connected to the internet. You may need
to be connected for the license to work. If that doesn't help, give me a
call.

I had exactly that problem recently. Dig around on the Condor official
forums for specifics, but the fix that worked for me involved deleting (I
think? Or possibly it might have been editing) the pilot log file. Once I
did that, it worked like a charm. It was a very baffling glitch before I
figured that out.
