Is there a USA source for Gadringer seat/shoulder harness?

Most Gadringer sets (those with the Rotary buckle) used Pacific Scientific
buckle and connectors (peal up the Gadringer label on the back of the buckle
and you will see that is PS hardware) the rest of the hardware, the hideous
adjusters and poor webbing were from Gardinger or elsewhere) No one here can
or will certify these belts providing the hardware is the original type used
on gadringer sets but seat belt shops can use the PS Buckles and ends if
they are serviceable and make new assemblies with these and new webbing and
adjusters.
I no longer have sources for the Pacific Scientific parts so sorry I can't
help with this, but I do offer Schroth and Davis belts and harnesses for
most gliders and both types are clearly better than the Gadringer sets.

Are the similar looking Autoflug belts (black rotary, not blue
anodized with the lever) compatible with the Pacific Scientific or
Schroth hardware?

at least in the USA you will not likely find any approved seatbelt shop that
can certify the Autoflug harness or re-use the buckle with new harness
assemblies and get them approved or certify them again here.
