the lack of the K is telling me, that it is a non flapped profile
and that it is a non-symetric profile(no zero ahead of the 160),
but I know of no glider type using this one.

The FX61-163 and FX61-184 are used in several gliders together
with the FX60-126 in the aileron section (Standard Elfe, ASW-15,
ASW19, DG100, D38).

I think an FX60-161 is used on the Scempp-Hirth Cirrus. The 160 stands
for 16.0% thicknes to chord ratio. So a 16.1% would be pretty close. A
FX60-157 is used on the Mechta AC-4 and an FX60-163 is used on the
Monaghan Osprey. Hope that helps.

Best reference I've found is "The Incomplete Guide to Airfoil Usage"
http://www-aero.aae.uiuc.edu/~m-selig/ads/aircraft.html

No 160, but Cirrus B is a 161

Not sure if it's relevant to your request. Brasov I.S.29 (single Lark) all
metal single seat glider uses Wortman Fx.61-163 combined with Wortman Fx.
60-126. No geometric washout.
