We're talking about an ASW-20 gathering next year at MVA.
Bring your -20 next year.

Thanks, but based on another post, sounds like we may be sitting at
the local bar doing beer thermals. (Hopefully not! We don't need to
loose another historic soaring site)

Thread bump....
I've sent two requests to join this group with no reply. Is there anybody I can nudge to get the nod?

Yes, bring it. And tell us about your time travel portal to attend an event in 2010.

No problem with time portals, my -20 was in existence in 1946, 30 years before the ASW-20 ever got off the ground.

Anyone know what the small aluminum box with a plunger is on the front of the stick of Asw20? I assume it’s a trim damper.

Folks,

Our aging fleet is getting harder to maintain, has anyone replaced the 14c6 bearings? I was able to clean mine up and found a source for the bearings, but it looks like they are swaged I to the control rod and bell cranks were used. Btw they are the same bearings in the K6. Anyone have intel on this? And don’t say contact Schleicher, not having anyluck with them.

Try your local Schleicher rep?
I'm surprised that you have no response from Schleicher. Rolf has always been of great help to me.
Give Rolf a call. The phone number under contacts is his direct line, or at least to his assistant.
