The BGA have issued their amendments for the 1999 turn point list. To
help update the list I wrote a little utility called tpedit. It's a
perl script with an X window GUI and runs nicely on Linux.

The script operates on the BGA data in structured text format but
produces outputs in html and other formats.
If anybody is interested in this, either to use as is, or to modify
for other TP lists (most comprise a subset of the BGA data items) it
