Becker AR3201 Battery replacement

Todd - If I remember correctly, this only applied to some serial
numbers. Contact Becker with your serial number:

I had an AR3201, and it did not need the battery change.

the memory battery types used in the AR3201 are different....the earlier
battery type that was prone to leaking when fully discharged was later
changed for a new type with less chance of leaking and the corrosion that
could cause other damages to the radios main board.
Even the new type battery can however become discharged over time like any
other battery and cause memory and frequency selection problem.
Erie Aviation does a great job of repairing these radios and they
can easily test and change any old type battery for the later type if
necessary.

They tell me it is part # 0782.262.391
I am going to change my 15 year old one.
