Could someone please let me know if there is a comprehensive price list
(US$) for gliders and sailplanes, similar to the Aviation Blue-Book.

I do not know of such a publication, but the Soaring Society Of America keeps
data on the prices of comman gliders. Their web page is http://www.ssa.org

SSA has a publication "The Complete Listing of Sailplanes, Gliders and
Motorgliders". This publication includes prices which are derived from
advertised "For Sale" prices over a period of time. There is not a blue book
equivalent for gliders.
