With the completion of Region 4 North today, the 2021 racing season
is all wrapped up, and the 2022 SSA Pilot Ranking List (PRL)
is available at http://soaringweb.org/PRL [and mirror sites
soaring.guenther-eichhorn.com/PRL/, soaring.geichhorn.com/PRL/,
serkowski.com/soaring/PRL/, and soaring.silentflight.ca/PRL/].

There are always some glitches in identifying pilots from the score
sheets, team members, etc., so please check things over and send along
your questions and comments directly to me at john.leib...@gmail.com.

Note, that because of the cancellation of most contests during the 2020
competition season, the Rules Committee proposed a change in calculating
pilot rankings. Instead of using the best ranking in the last three years,
the last four years will be used until 2020 is the last of the four years.

Best wishes for a great, safe season in 2022!!

I didn't see Ben Kairys who should have a ranking from having flown and placed 4th at R6N in 2018. There was at least one other first timer who flew that competition too.

Thanks John for all you do!

Thanks for the feedback! He was in as #397 but with first and last names swapped. ;-( Fixed now. There were 18 participants in 2018 R6N and 9 whose scores got them a place in the 2022 PRL (that is they didn't get a higher ranking in another contest). I'll see if I can find any first-timers, and send you a PM

'ppreciate your checking my "6"!
