Glider clubs within Germany (Rhineland-Pfalz/Hessen)

Does anyone know of any glider clubs in Germany, particularly in the
Rheinland-Plafz and Hessen area. May be going there in the next 10 months
and I am looking for one as soon as I hit the ground. Any assistacne is
much appreciated.

From 1983 until 1986, I soared with the very nice folks at 'DJK Segelfluggemienschaft' located in Landau in der Pflaz. I lived near Kaiserslautern and Landau was about an hour's drive each way. See their web page at:

Hi,

even with a small country like Germany it would be helpful to give a more
detailed location where you are moving to.

Hessen and Rhineland-Palatine gives you a lot of airfields
where you do your flying.

If you can give more details that would be helpful
