The Western Canada Aviation Museum here in Winnipeg Manitoba,
http://wcam.mb.ca/, has an extensive archive of aircraft manuals, some
even for sale this week. Cannot say if they have a Spatz manual, but
worth a shot.

there never was a flight manual for the L-Spatz, the only data for this
gliders is on the TCDS, type certificate data sheet....
