Renter's Insurance - Questions & Advice

Several questions regarding Renter's Insurance:

1) Any personal experience with Avemco or AOPA? Especially filing a
claim.

2) Realizing individual needs may vary, do you favor leaning towards
more liability and less hull damage or otherwise?

3) Has anybody negotiated unique "riders" to any of the renter's
policies, i.e. "no fault" regardless of circumstances?

4) Has anybody negotiated exceptions to the FBO's rental agreement?
