It sounds like we need to plan the reunification of Korea. I hope it
happens in happy circumstances, like Germany, but it may come in war.

Trouble is that planning needs first and foremost intelligence, and what
is broadly known of NK is that is a country hopelessly backward, and the
cost of reunification (that is, bringing a 1940s/1950s country into
2019s is far beyond SK's capabilities... E Germany was not much lagging
behind W germany, at worst E Germany was a late 1970s country re. early
90s W germany.
