These SNAFUs during competition bid offers are getting to be both pretty
repetitious and incredibly expensive. Anyone would have thought that after
the airborne tanker boondoggle, they would have finally been able to get
their act together, I guess not, channeling Strother Martin, 'what we have
here is a failure to communicate'. It's high time for some serious firings,
demotions and if applicable some criminal charges being laid.

I guess that RAF's inventory of preparation H is dangerously dwindling...

(RN's inventory already exhausted with that Flat-top with the "wrong"
flag during the removal of the Colonel....)
