In the legend section of the Jepp plates there is a symbol that looks
like a localizer labelled "KRM course." It's next to the localizer,
back course, and mls symbols.

I believe that KRM is the Russian/Eastern Block nations' version of
ILS. It works differently from ILS but the end result is the same.
I've forgotten the specifics of how it works, though.
