Another perpetual motion machine, or 100 MPG carb raised from the dead.
Course, they didn't say what size the compressed air tank...That could be
one big honkin' tank. <:-))

What a difference one little ol' vowel makes...
Perhaps its an overgrown CO2 model engine. Currently the smallest weighs 1.3
grams and has powered a RC with a wingspan of about 2.5".

I was intrigued so I did some web hopping to find out more about the
CO2 model engines you mention. Now I'm even more intrigued. Clean,
tiny, elegant design. Now you've done it Carl, I'm gonna have to
build a tiny plane that uses one of these tiny engines.

At least the guy with the "IT" scooter can demonstrate working prototypes.

It is almost as good as the "International Community Vacuum Satellite
System" some of us dreamed up in the late 1960s. Utilizing the natural
vacuum of space, combined with a geostationary satellite and a VERY
long, flexible tube, we could offer vacuum cleaning to communities
everywhere!

Tiny 1 gm and up single cylinder engines, bigger radial engines, and
even a V12. Check it out...

PS
Somehow I hoped that due to their lightweight design it might be useful to
have one as an EPS should they build one large enough to generate 20 - 60
Kgs of thurst for 10 or so minutes :) ... U can't blame me for dreaming ...
;-)
At first I thought they were at a larger scale and was thinking of a belt
transmission device for my little flying wander to use in case of engine
failure ... but then I read about them again ... was too good to be true ...
oh darn
