Partners Wanted: Newer YAK 52 (San Fransico Bay Area)

I am forming a partnership in a newly restored YAK 52 based at
Livermore, CA (KLVK)

The aircraft has been totally restored with new fuel and oil hoses,
new glass (Gray Tint) , Tires, and new fabric on all flight surfaces.

Low time airframe and engine (70 since O/H both airframe and
engine/prop)

This plane is in GREAT SHAPE and is +7 -5 G rated. Must see to
appreciate. I would like to form a 2to 3 member partnership for either
$15,000 to $20,000 partnership each.
