I was wondering if anyone here knows who the manufacturer of this
helmet is?

(Yes, there is a helmet in that pic...)

Thanks.

Maybe Gentex?

The only thing I've seen from Gentex are full helmets, including the
electronics. These seem more like the David Clark K-10 (which I
have), or the Comtronics or Lynx, where a headset is used.

I like the visor option, which is why I'm trying to find the
manufacturer.

The visor looks similar to Gentex design. The helmet looks like on Gentex
did for carrier deck ops personnel.

Here's an older similar item : http://tinyurl.com/yajrjp7

might also be an antique - similar item: http://tinyurl.com/yeg23tb

Or the Dave Clark set : http://www.marvgolden.com/headsets/clarkhelmets.htm

Definitely not one of the DC deck helmets, those don't have the
continuous shell over the top of the head.

Yes, the visor looks like a Gentex, but they say they never built any
like these.

The antique one doesn't have the same form factor.

No, these are more current. Probably for ultralights, no one has
responded in that group though.
