Steve Fossett is about to depart South America for another attempt at
circumnavigating the globe in a balloon.

There's nothing on the newsgroup about it so I thought I'd stick it on
and maybe someone will keep us updated.

There's a story about it on the AP wire which I copied and will share
with anyone who sends me an e-mail NLT 0400 Central, 8/7/98. Beyond that
I will be marrooned in Arkansas.

There was a really good Dateline piece done on the Mr. Fossett and the flight.
They gave the Internet address referenced here....some photos as the flight
developed....last January's photos, updates etc.
