I'm looking for masking stencils for painting flames and stripes on
cars. I see them being used on various cable shows. I can't find them
at an of my local auto paint suppliers. Does anyone know who makes
these types of stencils?

yep, you gotta surf for vinyl stickers..
those car shows use a computer which then prints onto vinyl.

All the shows I have seen have free hand flames. The skilled artisan uses
thin tape to lay out the flames and then fills in the rest with tape.
