It's easiest done with a good suspension software package,but details of the
maths involved can, from memory, be found in the series of books by Caroll
Smith. Most suspension text books have a section on roll couples.

Check your local Pep Boys (or any store carrying autobooks, for that
matter) for _How_To_Make_Your_Car_Handle_ by Fred Puhn, HPBooks 1981.
According to Fred:
Front roll couple= Front roll stiffness
-------------------- X Total roll couple
Total roll stiffness
Substitute rear roll stiffness for front roll stiffness to find rear
roll couple. Hope this is what you're looking for (I haven't read the
entire book, so I don't understand it all yet!).
