I know this isn't a tech site and hope it isn't too far off topic, but I
thought someone here might be able to help me.
Every time I try to get on nascar.com I get a box that says internet
explorer has stopped working. It's been doing this for a few months now. No
problem with any other addresses.

Thanks
Dave

Only thing I can suggest is to use a different browser.

Looking at www.nascar.com, I get 286 errors in the error console
(which is pretty remarkable for one fairly simple page, especially
since I have javascript blocked, so god knows how many scripting
errors are also present).

I'd guess that one of those errors is something IE is sensitive
to. IE, especially the earlier versions, is a pretty sucky
browser, and has all sorts of quirks and weirdnesses (which is
a terrible thing if you're trying to create websites, because
to do it right you have to check and see what browser is trying
to load your site, and then change what the server sends, one
thing for IE6, something else for IE8 and later, and something
else again for Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc).

Anyway, Firefox is free, and Chrome is free, and both of them are
far better and more reliable browsers than any version of IE.

Use Chrome or Firefox. Explorer is pretty useless any more.
