But *2012* was a dramatic as 2012, and the season's discussion here was
limited to one observation on Australia qualifying and a short thread on
whether Schumacher's complaints about the Pirelli tires were justified.
Not promising.

I think these things take on a momentum. If nobody posts, everybody
thinks nobody's reading so there's no point in posting, and it turns
into a vicious circle. But there are obviously still a few of us
lurking. Maybe we should all make more of an effort next season. I'd
be happy to see some more activity here; I can't stand those web forums.

Fair enough. I more or less gave up over a year ago, but I'll give it a
shot once we get closer to the season.

I went back to the unmoderated group, which I find less toxic now than
when I left (2001). But the signal to noise ratio is low, and the
annoyance level is high.
