OK, very encouraging. Seems the new aero rules banning blown diffusers
have made things interesting in two ways:
- competition at the front is closer, primarily due to RB dropping back
into the leading pack
- there may be more incidents (hence less predictable results) due to
the cars being less stable under braking
There were to my mind a number of unexpected performances, which I list
in descending order of surprise:
Grosjean
Räikkönen
Maldonado
and at the far end (i.e. little or no surprise):
HRT
