I think that this is the correct team list.
I have tried to fit in drivers and numbers.
McLaren inherit the number 1 car along with Button.
I assume Ferrari will race in traditional numbers

Those days have long since gone. IIRC, the current system is now based
on constructors positions, after the WDC getting 1 & his team mate 2.

Correct. Presumably the four new teams will be at the end (basis of
ordering is unclear). Not obvious where Sauber Qadbak would go (if
their entry is permitted); for that matter one can't be certain Mercedes
will get 3 & 4 given that Brawn didn't keep the 18 & 19 due Honda after
2008.

Nothing official on drivers here at this writing.

When the three new teams were announced in June (?), they were listed
alphabetically as Campos, Manor & USF1, Lotus were added later when
BMW pulled out. That may be how the FIA will order them, or maybe not.

I believe that the FIA are still keeping the Toyota grid slots 'warm',
because Toyota as a current Concorde signatory still effectively 'own'
those slots. Toyota would have been allocated car numbers 9 & 10, so,
if their place does got to Qadbak/Sauber the numbers may well be
carried over. I suspect that Qadbak may need to buy the grid slots
from Toyota, but who knows?

These are my provisional numbers for 2010:

McLaren 1 & 2 Button & Hamilton
Mercedes 3 & 4 [Rosberg & Heidfeld?]
Red Bull 5 & 6 Vettel & Webber
Ferrari 7 & 8 Alonso & Massa
Williams 9 & 10 Barrichello & Hulkenberg
Renault 11 & 12 Kubica & ?
F India 14 & 15 Liuzzi [& Sutil?]
T Rosso 16 & 17 Buemi [& Alguersuari?]
Campos 18 & 19 Senna
Manor/Virgin 20 & 21 Glock
USF1 22 & 23
Lotus 24 & 25
Qadbak/Sauber 26 & 27

If the Toyota/Sauber swap does occur and Sauber get 9 & 10, the others
(from Williams down) would all move down one place (two numbers).

Rosberg's confirmed. On the other hand Mercedes says they're in no
hurry to name their second entry, which suggests that, at most, Heidfeld
will get it if something else doesn't pan out.

So what would "something else" be? I don't rate the rumors of
Schumacher or Rikknen, but perhaps Joe Saward's suggestion of Kubica
(premised on Renault falling back to engine supplier or pulling out
entirely) has some merit?

Well, today's "report" from Speed TV says that Schumacher continues to
say "we'll see" and such. And Kimi seems to have written off an F1
ride for 2010.

In other news, it's been confirmed that I won't be driving for
USF1.:-)
