The menu is scrolled, press the down arrow and you'll see quit. The
same menu system is used throughout the game, so you'll need to use
down arrow to see all menu options, such as quitting a race.
As suspected, a silly console game with fonts large enough to be readable

Good point. Initially I was annoyed by the menu system in RBR. But I soon realised
it was worth the effort.
Whether Shift is on the same level as RBR and worth the effort or not, I continue
to have a great time with this game/sim hybrid. And there's some promising work
being done to try and get the best out of this software.
There's some serious sim code buried in there, honest! :-)
