Does anyone know of a site where I can get the dimensions of the
Hyperstimulator. I'd like to make my own and I'm interested to know the
specs. I've been to their site and it shows the pieces layed out but
(naturally) none of their dimensions.
I already have a wheel/pedals combo and want to modify their setup to suit
mine.

Any help would be appreciated

B

I don't know about plans for the hyperstimulator, but the guys at Racebase
sell the plans for their racing cockpit.

I've been building one for a while now, just by eyeballing the pictures
from hypestimulator, and racebase. I think it would be a lot quicker to
just buy the plans. But I am having fun building mine, and it has evolved
into a generic sim cockpit, not just for racing.

Well, you could fudge it from the pix...the only cockpit setup I know of
that sells plans (and hardware) is Microsims, for their Racebase unit:

Here is the site of a guy that built his own simulator. It looks pretty
amazing and he has downloads for his plans, Ferrari decals and a Momo wheel
template.

If you want to build your own, this is definitely worth
a look: http://www.xs4all.nl/~pidi/huxworld/huxworld2.htm

A little planning and you can build your own, it's not as hard as it might
seem

Good Luck
