Does anyone have a copy of this in a PDF format, I tried calling around
to a couple places and it seems too be out of stock, maybe someone cut
the book and made a PDF out of it.....???

I just tried both of those sites and they are sold out on the book,
holy is this book in demand.


A PDF format of this book would make it easy for everyone.
