I'm not up on the foreign cars too much, but I really doubt there would be any
gears like that available anywhere. The little rice burners need all the
gear ratio they can get just to keep speed!

5 speed trannys are more common in the small cars than reasonable rearend
gears...
You might look into Fords, I dont know what they've been doing over there, but
here the Thunderbirds have had independent rear suspension for about the past
10 years, and the gear ratios would be reasonable for what you want. Probably
too wide, though.
