Leaking Windshield Washer Tank?

I am constantly refilling my windshield washer fluid tank because there must
be a leak somewhere. I took the tank off, used some silicone stuff along all
the seams, checked the tube connection, yet the thing still leaks. Where else
can I look? It's an '88 Park Avenue.

Try putting a plastic bag in the empty tank and then filling it with
fluid. The bag will conform to the shape of the tank and will seal any
leaks if it is the tank that is leaking.
