Is there a source to find which car has 50 state emissions

I know some cars can be purchased in New York and registered in California
because they have 50 state emission requirements. Is there a list out there
some where so I can make sure of the laws. I don't need just one car I like
info on all of them. I could call all the Distribution places, it would take
too long. Any help out there???
