My other bug is highly modified.... much of the factory stuff is stripped

just picked up a 65... it has 2 levers on both sides of the E-Brake...
looked through a few books and they didn't have them. are these chokes or
something... haven't looked all that far into them.

They are for the heater - one for the front, one for the back. Can't
remember which way round they are, but the lever with the most
resistance is for the front!

They are for the heater - the right hand lever is for the front and
the left for the rear.

Thanks for the reply... Since the car doesn't have any panels or pans
left... I won't touch them... guessing the rear bumper would fall off...

Thanks

Technically, one is used to turn the heat on and off, period. The
other one opens and closes the vents under the rear seat. You can't
have rear only heat.

Sure you can. Pull both levers and close the sliding vents up front.

But you still have the defrosters on the windshield.

So you do. I tend to forget about those.

That's what old parking tickets, Big Mac wrappers, and little plastic people with
fuzzy pink hair mounted on springs so they go boing-boing-boing are for.

That or a couple feet of high quality duct tape.
