North Carolina Vehicle Inspection: New requirements

The State of North Carolina Department of Transportation Division of
Motor Vehicles has mandated the testing of tinted windows as part of the
states vehicle inspection program. The New World Instruments Pocket
Detective 2.1 window tint tester has been approved by the state for use
