Three months ago I bought a 2001 used model vehicle accross the river
in NJ. I live in PA. I noticed yesterday that there is no inspection
sticker on the car. I did get update my registration and insurance in
PA for this car. Does anyone know what is normally done in this kind
of situation? Do I just need to get it inspected here, or is there
some sort of dealer/NJ inspection that caries over for a period of
time?

I would call the inspection station you normally go to today.
I believe you have 30 days to get an out of state vehicle inspected, but they
should know.
You may also need an emission sticker too., depends on what county you're in.
I wouldn't put this off as you've been lucky so far!
