According to babelfish.altavista.com, it says
Hello with all! With friends we founded a new magazine Internet dedicated to
the car and the motor bike www.autoroom.com We are with the first numbers. I
invite you to come to visit us. To use our forum. With us to contact! Good
reading with all and much of pleasure. A+ Arny Kapshitzer Writer
Obviously that's not a perfect translation, but whatever...

Cross-posted all over the place.

Maybe they don't speak English! There are lots of languages I don't speak
(in fact, I don't speak all but one, although I can figure out a little
Spanish if I need to!), and there are no borders or official languages on
the Internet.

And with the babelfish, language doesn't matter anymore.

Piss off, eh?

Who put you in charge of Usenet?

They can speak (and post) in whatever language they want.

If they want to reach anglophone readers, then posting in
English is a good idea. If they want to reach francophone
readers then posting in French is a good idea.

Me along with what seems to be 99.9% of the other posters here do speak
English (which is pretty much the universal language anyway). If someone
wants to post a worthwhile message they can do so in any language they
want....but if they really want it read, please post it in the appropriate
language of the newsgroup. This is a newsgroup for an American made car. I
do see VW as the lone European Mfg on their list of newsgroup recipients
And, my request was my personal request and not of Usenet or any others.
Last I knew, the good old USA still has freedom of speech as I made my
PERSONAL request.
I don't hold a lot of regard for the French right now as they seem to have
forgotten who came in and saved their ass almost 60 yrs ago. Seeing the
"eh" after your comment lends me to think you are Canadian...so you wouldn't
understand that issue as we do.
That's topic for a different newsgroup...so I've said my peace.

So, YOU have freedom of speech, but you'd deny it to Mr. Bois. A bit
hypocritical, I'd say...is that the American way?

No, Mr. Bois isn't American.

So screw him.

So where is Mr. Bois from then? Can you confirm that for me?

I can't, but the apparent origin of the post and the site mentioned
might at least get you in the neighborhood. His post appears to have
been posted from sunrise.ch:

Asking someone to post in a specific language is hardly denying free
speech.
