Hey - if you're going to complain, send a letter to the head office
detailing everything and CC: it to the dealer (if one was involved) along with
copies of work orders, etc. That's what I did once, a rep from customer
relations called me back within week of me mailing it and said (in effect),
"the dealer was wrong, your're right, a check is in the mail". To say I was
stunned is an understatement.
If your not complaining, then ignore the above.
