This goes back aways for me, but there are drain tubes in each of the four
corners of the sunroof frame. I don't think you can reach the rear openings
in the frame, but you should be able to see the front holes. You should be
able to pour a little water down each and see if and where it trickles out.
But, if I remember my '84 vs '90, there are some rubber nipples on the
underside of the fender (either just ahead or rearward of the rear tires)
where I was able to clean out some trapped debris and the rear tubes drained
completely all over the garage floor!
Hope this helps. And yes, most sunroof seals do leak a little- that's why
it's important to keep those drain tubes clear.
