When I used Mozilla. Using IExploder 6.x resulted in a full carfax
report on Pony. To show how useful/reliable that is, the last odometer
reading was 2.200 in 2000. It is now 108K and was 100K when I bought
her in June of 2002.
As some of you know, my odometer died on me recently. I have to buy
another gauge cluster. Probably at the boneyard as I don't want to
spend $200+ on a new one. Now if that one reads eg 75K, would carfax
still say no odometer rollback detected based on the above info?
It even gave me the carfax certified history guarantee on Pony. :-)

Depending on where you are, the state DMV will sell you that info I
believe. :-( Fla does sell title and driverslicense info. Much to my
irritation as the license info includes one's SSN. I wonder why Fla is
so high on the lits of identity thefts. So I had mine blocked for
resale...

There is another link to CarFax there that appears to be good until July 31.
I have reports on just about everything here now, I cleared my history, files,
and cookies after running each.
