I receioved an email from a Ronald Van Nessem, as part of a message sent to
others on this list. Subject was "Microsoft Internet Security".

The message contained a virus attachment.
Just letting evryone know, altho many of you prob won't read it.

I have received a few of these emails. One thing to remember is that
microsoft does not email people to give them updates. The fact that it
claims to be a security update from microsoft gives it away...
