Whats up:
well I had my windows tinted about 4 days ago, and all the windows came out
fine, except that they did the shittiest job on the back window.....especially
at the top of the window where you have the little dots (my car has rear
defrost, so im not sure if the cars w/o the rear def. will hav the dots as
well).....and it's bubbling badly now.......so whomever can help me find out
where is a good place to have my tint done on the back window that will not
screw up..... the place i went to has warranty, but they will f*k it up again.
Thanks to anyone that can help in Tampa................

Check out Jeff Foster at www.stangonline.com he's located across the bay and
probably has some good Mustang contacts. You probably don't want the places
on Columbus and Armenia...

Divine sounds has done pretty good work for a few people I know and
use the single-sheet method. Avoid Audio Itch at all costs. I swear if
you stay in their showroom for a while 6/10ths of the customers coming
in the door are complaining about the shoddy work they have done.

Depending on what process and materials they use, it might be only that you
took the car into the sun too quick in Tampa. I've tinted my windows many
times, and friends' too, and a good dry could take several days. Hot sun
will cause the tiny bits of moisture to gas up and bubble the tint. I've
always used the stuff that is sold in regular stores, so I don't know how
relevant this is to getting it done at a tinting shop.

K&N / resonator yanked
SplitFire plugs & wires (I think they actually suck)
Unfortunately my credit cards are nearly
maxed (I bought the car on them), so that's it for now.

I just had the 97's windows tinted and they came out fantastic !!
The guy did the rear window in 1 piece and had absolutely zero problems getting
it to stick in the dotted area. he actually let the car sit in the sun for
about 30 minutes before attaching the tint in the dotted area.
I have seen a few cars he has done with the dotted windows and they were
flawless. I think you need to find someone that REALLY knows how to apply it.
Total cost was $120 for 5% on rear and quarters with 50% on roll up windows.

$120 is not bad for a total tint job. It used to cost much more when I used
to do it. It can be a pain cutting it just right since most tints shrink.
Keeping bubbles out is a task to learn.
