Does anyone know a web link that gives explicit details of the "no
charge warranty extension program number 00M12" I need to know if it
indicates part info or other services that are/are not included.

Thanks

Once you have logged in.
On the next page look at the top for Contact.
Just under there you will see ( contact us ) in  real small letters (click on it.)
Follow the signs after that.

In article <3A770F86...@mail.gmu.edu>,

If you are just looking for a copy of the letter Ford mailed out, go to
www.4x4central.com and follow it to the General bulletin board. I
scanned the two pages of my letter from Ford and posted them a couple
of weeks ago.
