I got home from work last night after having to have my battery
jump-started.
It turns out the fans up front in the engine compartment won't shut off
even with the key out of the ignition and the engine off.
I've been doing some research on it and peolpe usually say it's the relay
thats bad.
Which relay is it? I opened the compartment right behind the battery and
all thats there for the fan is a 30amp fuse.
Which by the way looks good.
As a test, I pulled the 5 relays out of there one by one and reconnected the
battery to see if the fans would stay off.
They always came on.
Is the relay somewhere else for the fan besides this compartment?

Yes. The radiator fan relay is located on the left front inner frame rail
just behind the radiator. See:
