'94 Concorde won't find reverse

Has anyone here had a problem with an early LH not being able to 'find'
reverse upon startup but after it's been run for awhile finds reverse
just fine? I think it may be the MVLPS, but I'd like some confirmation.
Also can someone give me the recommended lug nut torque specification,
looks like I got another warpped rotor.

If my 94 Intrepid sits in the garage for a few days, it takes a few seconds
for reverse to engage. It has always done this. I usually drive it every
day, so it is not a big problem for me.
