"Barn Find" now at San Diego Auto Mueum

SDAM just set up a nemi...@eaerthlink.netw display. It;s a
Syudebaker coupe that is just as it was taken out of a barn after
sitting there for more than forty years and the display around it is
quite fitting.

Of course, the major draw is the 1947 Caddy that went from San Diego
to NYC and back without stopping - and then did the same, but one way,
from Anchorage to Mexico City.
The owner /drriver estimated that he demonstrated changing a tire,
while moving, about 700 times!
Lots of film of him and his car is there. Also a chance to see a major
feature inside, a compibation toilet / clothes washer.- no film of
this last.
We've got a Tucker, a one-off for Indian Royality, a peek at Mods and
Rockers as well as many other bikes. I'd advise getting here soon and
we can also point you to a couple other places that the car nut would
like.
