It is possible to push a considerable amount of snow in two wheel drive, I
once plowed a parking lot in two wheel drive, didn't even realize it until
the pile at the end got about 6 feet tall and I was having trouble pushing
more in it. A Charger would not be my first choice for a plow vehicle
though. ;-)
Don't see why you couldn't - as long as you're ready to re-engineer
the car. That much weight on a car that's already a little nose heavy
would be an interesting drive. Along with the new front end, you would
need nearly an equal amount of weight in the back.
The big thing is, why would you want to? If it's just for looks,
make a fake blade out of 'glass and bolt it to the bumper. If it's for
work, buy a truck.
