Biem/Stemra, if I remember correctly, are organizations that regulate
the copyright & royalties for the CDs in question. So all it means is
that (allegedly) the artist(s) get the money they deserve.

JASRAC is the Japanese performance rights society which corresponds to
ASCAP and BMI.
