I understand that "MIX Magazine" is a major publication for audio
technician/engineers/sound people/etc. Could someone post (or email
me) a contact address/phone number to inquire about subscription
rates, etc?

The standard info in the front of the Nov issue:

$46 per year.

Subscription inquiries:

But in the same issue, there are subscription cards that you
can use to get a one year subscription for $29.95 or two years
for $52.95. If they don't give you this rate over the phone,
I'll send you the card if you want it.
