Help replacing woofers.

I built my own speakers about 15 years ago. I hadn't used them in awhile
and went to hook them up and the surrounds (sp?) on the woofers fell apart.

Anyway, I don't want to toss them but would like to find replacements.
I already got the FAQ and saw the list of companies that specialize in
selling raw drivers.
What I was wondering is the company called SpeakerLab still in business, this
is the company I bought from orginally?
They used to be located in Seattle.
If they are no longer in business, did they close or get bought out ?
Any help would be appreciated. Please e-mail me since I don't read this
group regularly.
