3 months old and in excellent condition with original box, manuals and
universal remote control (yes, I've even programmed in ACC's cable box
functions!!!)
Some features:
* 9 DSP modes, including Hall, Church, Dance, Jazz, Theatre, etc.
all with variable effect control and all the bass/treble and effect
controls are stored in non-volatile mem., so at the press of each mode
every parameter will be restored for that mode!!!
* Dolby Pro-logic and Pro-logic theatre settings with variable delay
up to 30ms for pro-logic mode.
* 110W for L/R channels with <0.05% THD.
In prologic mode, 65W to L/C/R channels and 40W for rear channels.
* 30 FM/AM preset stations.
* LD/VCR1/VCR2/Tape/DAT, etc input/outputs with a front audio/video
input for camcorders/VCRs.
* A/B speaker selection.
* On screen display functions.
* 30/60/90 min sleep timer.
* Large, motor driven volume control knob.

Why would I buy a used VSX-D701S Prologic receiver for $550 when I can buy
it mail order from any one of a number of mail order places for $439
new with a warranty?????????
If this price is open to negotiation, I might be a buyer, but we would
be talking 70% of what I could buy a new one for.

I'm sorry if I've offended anyone by the high price,
but I was going by the price Crutchfield advertised in their
Winter/Spring'93 catalog, which is $649, which is the price I paid for
it 3 months ago!!!
Anyways, I'm open to offers now. Remember, it's about 3 months
old and in excellent condition.
