Why you would want tubes for this is anybody's guess,
but to each his own.

VanAlstine has one that is FET/valve for $499

Or build one yourself using NE5532's.

As so:

Unity gain non-inverting stage
Unity gain inverting stage

You may also want to add a summing amp (L+R) to use as a mono output for
your sub-woofer.

Use non-polarized eleclytic caps <100uf> in series with non-polarized
tantalum <1uf> for decoupling and it will perform great.

Additional PS bypass directly on IC pins w/ tantalum .1uf.

I used 20k/20k/20pf for inverting stage.
Buffer circuit for non-inverting.
Noise very very low.
Phase @50khz less than 1 degree.
Phase @10hz less than .1 degree.

There's a passel of older hi-fi and guitar amplifiers that do this
with a a 6C4 or 12AU7 (example:Gibson GA-77) , you could
build about 10 of them for $499...see either Aspen Pittman's
"Guitar Amp Book" (as much as I don't care to send
any business there, it does have nice collection of diagrams!)
or Kendricks' book...also plenty of examples in Sams' Photofacts.
Heck, you could do it with transformers for less than $499, I'd think!
Wouldn't even need a power supply...
