200 PIV is _NOWHERE NEAR_ enough for any guitar amp I'm aware of.

You mean, no TUBE amp, right? Wouldn't a solid state amp operate at a
much lower voltage?

Besides the pinouts don't match tubes like 5u4 and such.

Yeah, but a solid-state amp wouldn't need a device intended to replace a
rectifier tube.
